Delcevo, 6 October 2017 (MIA) - The VAT return is regularly paid, liquidity is injected into companies without any favoring, said Finance Minister Dragan Tevdovski at a meeting with businessmen from the Delcevo region.
"The main thing during these several months is to free the business environment from the political chains and pressure, the VAT return has been ongoing for the entire period, there is no favoring and liquidity is injected into companies", said Tevdovski.
Regarding the increase of the minimum salary, the FinMin said the country has allocated MKD 90 million (EUR 1,5 million) of monthly support for companies, a similar measures as in 2/3 of EU countries.
"Salaries must go up if we want young people to stay in Macedonia. The Government will carry the burden of the salary increase over a certain period so that people feel safe. The proposed solution improves the performance measuring, meaning an attainable norm that the employee needs to fulfill by at least 80 percent of it in order to take a higher salary", stressed Tevdovski. ik/11:07
